The Eagle Broadcasting Corporation was visited by the members of the Congressional Committee on Legislative Franchises last February 10, 2015. Officers of Eagle Broadcasting Corporation, namely, EBC Corporate Secretary Atty. Citedina Zarate, EBC Legal Adviser Atty. Serafin Cuevas Jr. and EBC COO James Manzanero gave them a tour of the studios and facilities of the network. They also got to see the live broadcast of some of the shows and meet the hosts afterwards.
The visiting members of the Conress were lead by Committee Chairman Marcelino Teodoro and is composed of Deputy Speaker Georgidi Aggabao, Josephine Sato, Bai Sandra Sema, Monique Lagdameo, Ann Hofer, Arturo Robes, Joseph Violago, Bebot Bello III, Terry Ridon, Peter “Sr. Pedro” Unabia, Anton Lagdameo, Harlina Bayon, and Rimpy Bondoc. Also included in the group are Commissioner Gamaliel Cordoba of the National Gamaliel Cordoba and Committee Secretary Portia Silang.
The visit signifies the fact that Eagle Broadcasting Corporation continues to gain recognition as one of the leading networks committed to values in the Philippines.
