Eagle Broadcasting Corporation President Jorge A. Cabacungan shook hands with the President Susan “Toots” Ople of the Ople Policy Center and Training Center after signing an agreement that will promote the welfare of overseas Filipino workers. Said signing was done in a simple ceremony at the EBC Broadcast Center in Diliman, Quezon City last February 27. Standing as witnesses are WBC Legal Consultant Atty. Elmer A. Galicia and Ferdie J. Maglalang, Senior Communications Adviser of the Ople Center.
